Snow Day!

We went to sleep with dreams of a snow day in our heads.. and woke up to the wonderful treat of a snow day for everyone... even Nathan!

 Thankfully my mom brought us the sled we had as kids so we have one to use the one time each year it snows.

 The snow was SO fast that we had to slow ourselves down so as to not smash into the side of the house.

 James even got up the courage to go down with both of us!

No surprise here... Olivia is completely fearless. We ended the morning with some homemade hot chocolate and marshmallows. It will all be gone by afternoon. I asked Olivia if she would rather live somewhere we had snow like this all winter or a longer summer. She said that she had a lot of fun but she likes summer better. HA!
