We played hooky from school on Friday and drove up to State College for a long weekend. It was rainy on Friday and it was also graduation weekend so we took the bus downtown--very exciting for the kids. James even commented that "we were in the country"!
Enjoyed a beer at the new Liberty Craft brewery in town.
Saturday was gorgeous and we went to the Friends School Fun Fair!
They were giving visitors rides in the firetruck bucket. For some reason, this didn't seem like city-sanctioned idea. So we took advantage of it as I am guessing this will never be an option in the future.
Olivia got her face painted and made herself a crown of flowers. So fun!
